I’ve sat at the table with the world’s most iconic leaders. Now, I’m bringing those insights to your leadership journey.

For years, my life was defined by a single question: What makes a leader truly great?

As the host of The Entrepreneurial You Legacy Podcast and TV show, The Entrepreneurial You, I had the incredible privilege of interviewing global titans like Sir Richard Branson, Les Brown, Seth Godin and Lisa Nichols. I studied their habits, their strategies, and their mindsets. But as I traveled the world for business and spoke on international stages, I noticed a recurring shadow in the lives of the most dedicated leaders,they were running on empty.

I saw brilliant, world-changing leaders burning out because they lacked the systems to sustain their calling. I realized that while their hearts were in the right place, their “organizational engines” were failing. I decided to change that.

I am not a theologian or a counselor. I am a Leadership Strategist. My mission is to take the high-level business systems I’ve learned from the world’s best and apply them to your mission. Whether you are leading a congregation or a corporation, the principles of sustainability remain the same. Through mentorship and engagement with my global community, I help you move from being an overwhelmed doer to a strategic leader. I’m Heneka Watkis-Porter—a global speaker, award-winning author, and a woman who has seen the beauty God can write from ashes.
