Tags :

Chris Miles is the “Cash Flow Expert” and “financial advocate for the entrepreneur”. He is a leading authority, teaching entrepreneurs and professionals how to quickly free up and create cash flow TODAY spending time doing what they love most! He’s an author and podcast host of the Chris Miles Money Show that’s been featured in US News, CNN Money, Entrepreneur on Fire.

Show  Notes:

To break the ice, I asked Chris, whether he’d rather swim in a pool filled with Kool-Aid, or go ice skating on a mountain of frozen lemonade.

His response, “Lemonade. There is something gross about getting Kool Aid up in your nose. At least with lemonade, it may seem that you may have peed your pants.”

Our conversation was based on all cash flow and how to increase it.

Some questions I asked throughout the interview are:

  • You have a high reputation for getting your clients fast, life altering results, how did that happen?
  • When was that aha moment that people can’t save their way to wealth?
  • Tips to manage cash flow
  • Break down the difference between profit and cash flow
  • What are some of the ways to manage cash flow?
  • The importance of break-even point for a business?

Main Take-Aways:

  • You want to find out what is actually working on your business. If you are going to invest in something and have a good return on your money, you want to focus on the outcome.

  • Pay attention to the money you are making. Whatever you focus on, expands and grows. Whatever you ignore, will shrink and decay.

  • Make sure whatever you are investing in, it is something that is applicable for you and your business right now – not someday in the future.
