Pamela Wagner heads Ajala Digital, a global boutique marketing agency focused on Google and Facebook advertising for businesses. Her travels to 70 countries have given her a better understanding of people around the world. In 2017, she was honored as one of Forbes 30 Under 30 list makers for Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. One of the best ways to connect and build rapport with people of other cultures is to speak their language. Pamela Wagner, who speaks several languages including German, English, Spanish, Russian, Swahili, Mandarin and more, shares her inspiring story on this episode of The Entrepreneurial You Podcast. “It allows me to connect with others and get a better view of the world other than that which is presented on TV”, Pamela mused.
As someone who was bullied a lot in High School and never had friends until university years, Pamela also shared about carefully selecting her friends. She is intent on protecting her space. “Surround yourself with people that support you in everything you do”, is what Pamela recommends.
She highlighted that meditation and visualizing whatever you want is important. Pamela had a goal to be recognized as a Forbes 30 under 30 and it was actualized after visualizing her picture in the Forbes Magazine.
In addition to being a globe-trotter and being proficient in several languages, Pamela is a young, accomplished entrepreneur. We also talked digital marketing.
Interestingly, if nailing Google Ads were walks in the parks, marketers would have no problem increasing their return on investment. Instead, it takes a lot of work, says this Digital Marketer and Forbes 30 Under 30 Awardee Pamela Wagner.

Be sure that it is adding value to your marketing mix. “Anybody can sign up and create their own ads but it is not for everybody”, she says.
