I have officially emerged from my 30-day social media sabbatical, and I have to tell you: The silence was loud. If I’ve learned one thing during this month of intentional quiet, it’s that clarity is the ultimate fuel for leadership. I spent my time off-the-grid resting (kind of!), but more importantly, I spent it dreaming.

As I step into 2026, my focus is on high-impact Partnerships and Global Connection. I’m moving with more intention than ever, and I’ve spent the last few weeks mapping out a journey that I want you to be a part of.

While I was away, I spent a lot of time reflecting on the Grace to Grow: From Valley to Mountain podcast that I executive produce. Hearing the stories of women navigating deep valleys to reach their personal mountains reminded me why we do this work. It’s about more than business; it’s about the Grace to Grow.

I’ve been keeping a few big secrets about where we are going next—from the Dutch Caribbean to a bucket-list cruise in 2027.

With those “Grace to Grow” stories in mind, here is your first look at what’s brewing for 2026 (and beyond):

• 🚢 The 2027 Big Reveal: I’m starting at the finish line! For those who love to travel with purpose, stay tuned. I will soon be revealing the destination for our 2027 Leadership Cruise.
• Caribbean Connection: I am thrilled to hint at a new strategic partnership with a Dutch Caribbean agency that will bridge the gap between our islands in a very powerful way.
• 💼 A Caribbean Mission: We are preparing for a targeted Trade Mission with a specific focus (you will know soon!), opening doors for regional collaboration.
• 🙏 A “Gratitude” Retreat: My next retreat experience is being designed with a deep focus on Gratitude. It’s going to be a space to refuel your spirit and your strategy.
• 🌱 Empowerment in Action: Grace to Grow Mentorship and Training is hosting a specialized Women’s Empowerment Workshop—an intimate space to sharpen your vision.
• 🌍 International Stages: I’ll be VIP Guesting at a top-tier leadership event overseas + hosting another top-tier leadership event, bringing the best global insights back to our community.

For years, you’ve been with me through The Entrepreneurial You and my other leadership initiatives, and I can tell you—the energy for this next chapter is different. It’s bigger. It’s more collaborative.

I’ll be sharing the specific dates and “how to join us” details over the next few weeks. For now, I just wanted to say thank you for being part of this journey.
