Show Notes

“LinkedIn is increasingly becoming a very strong place for companies to develop their talent plans, their recruitment plans, and so there are ways in which we can track some of the momentum there.” – Jeff Weiner

If ever a time we need a strong social presence it’s now. Yet many are still struggling to identify the ideal platform to be present on  and how to engage on their medium of choice. This episode of The Entrepreneurial You  with Matthew Clark focuses on getting high valued leads from LinkedIn.

Here is a snippet of what  Matt shared:

“There are three specific stages that we take them through. Which is positioning. So get your position right. Make sure you set up so that you are irresistible to your ideal client. Step number two is connect, so go out and connect with people and you know, that’s not just direct connections. That’s one piece of the puzzle. It’s also about writing content, also about positioning. Position yourself as an authority, connecting with the media and then the third step is scale. How do you take this manual process and you grow it so that you can actually scale your business using it? You can’t make calls all the time because you can’t scale that. I want to create a system that I can bring a team in and they can jump into that system and get calls booked. On  average my team and myself, we do between 10 and 15 sales calls a week.”
