“If you’re serious about changing your life, you’ll find a way. If you’re not, you’ll find an excuse.” – Jennifer Sincero

We are living in a fast-paced world so anything we can do to eke more time out of the day will make our lives way easier. It is not just about being busy, it is about being productive. In 2020, there are a myriad of tools designed to do exactly that but are we aware of them and how much they can put the magic touch to our daily work?

This week, The Entrepreneurial You podcast invites Barbara Turley to share some productivity tools to make the most out of your day.

Here is a snippet of what Barbara shared:

“You can be the best virtual assistant in the world and still fail at this and not because you’re not great at what you do because you don’t know how to manage the client and they’ll be va’s out there nodding their head as I say this; being clear on your boundaries on your communication style versus the client style and managing their expectations is key and using something like Asana is like the number one tip. Make it non-negotiable. Trello, Asana or whatever they are, use it to keep everybody organized.”
