class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Adjusting and Working On Your Light-&nbsp;<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We need to recognize when it is time for us to start learning something new.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you want to take yourself somewhere you\u2019ve never gone, you will need someone else- sometimes we have to accept that we have taken ourselves as far as we can get on our own.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Work with someone that is 10 to 20 steps ahead of you, someone you can study and learn from.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lisa points out that you should \u201cHook your caboose\u201d to someone else\u2019s train and learn new things.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Find someone that will teach you what is in your \u201cBlindspot\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs, we are coaching others but we also need to be coachable.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Be Willing To Be Your Own Rescue-<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lisa shares that we have to be willing to put ourselves first.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have to be willing to build something for ourselves so that we may
