When people can do something with their lives they grow further. You already have everything you need inside yourself to be great.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Largely, the self-employed ecosystem is about who we are and personal development.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are three essential components to being successful from being self-employed:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personal Development\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Business Strategies<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daily Habits and Mindsets\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What the self-employed ecosystem does is that it creates the environment to make your success almost inevitable, and puts everything in place.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The goal is to control what you can and manage what you can.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>What Does A Growth Mindset Look Like?&nbsp;<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jeffrey shares that from a personal development standpoint a growth mindset is all about unblocking, as we are trying to increase capacity.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When looking at the growth mindset daily habits perspective, they are less about unblocking and more about moving forward.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jeffrey points out that he teaches his clients how to properly set their intentions as most people have not been taught a system on how to set intentions in their life in a way that really works.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He shares that he teaches intentions through a system called \u201cFrom-To\u201d, where you highlight where you wish to go from, to. This allows us to reduce vague intentions to have more clear set actionable intentions for ourselves.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Jeffrey Speaks About His Upcoming Book &#8211; The Self-Employed Life&nbsp;<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jeffrey shares that his book is broken down into three sections on the self-employed ecosystem- Personal Development, Business Strategies, and Daily Habits. He points out that he included a personal story at the end of the book that shares how he nearly walked away from his Tedx Talk and why- the chapter is called, Don\u2019t Give Up On Your Dream. He shares that in his research on books that catered to persons that were self-employed he could not find a single book that made sense for a self-employed business owner. He highlighted that this was why he wrote this book, as he has been self-employed his entire life- never having a traditional job. It acknowledges that you are a person, that your personal development has everything to do with business, it is all the business strategies that you need, and it\u2019s the mindsets and habits to keep you going.
