Without managers, we wouldn\u2019t have cars, etc. Leaders point out where we might go next.<a href=\"https:\/\/henekawatkisporter.com\/what-seth-godin-can-teach-us-about-leading-with-our-ideas\/\"> Leaders inspire where we want to go<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe job of a leader is to be wrong on her way to being right. There are so few leaders because we\u2019ve been taught in school to do well on the test, to do well in school, to be managed and to be and a manager.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Main Take-Aways:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><br><h3>People don\u2019t want what you want, they don\u2019t see what you see.
