She is one of the most requested speakers in Jamaica, host of an internationally syndicated television show – Nyammings – and is passionately in love with music, Jamaican cuisine and her spouse, Moses aka Beenie Man.

- Mindset: Life must be assessed from a position of abundance, not scarcity.
- Approach: Focus on the essential and you will find joy. Chase all and you will remain unfulfilled.
- Success: Do not be defined by your failures or your successes. Be defined by your potential to create and grow.
- Fear: Fear is a self-imposed person that keeps you far away from growth and achievement. You must kill fear before it kills you.
