According to Neal, social selling is really about sales people that need to sell primarily to businesses that have larger organizations or have multiple people that decide on a purchase and how they can leverage social media, as part of their sales toolkit, throughout the sales process.
Compared to social media marketing, social selling is all about this one to one approach of using social media to directly engage, to create, to develop and to nurture relationships that lead to either new business or add on business and more loyalty with your customers over time, hence complementing one another.
