Creativity as a Team Sport

Creativity is a team sport which not only involve someone with a microphone in their hand or the CEO on the front cover of the magazine.

We are all born with unlimited creative potential. As we get older, it gets knock over because of societal rules.

In order to unlock creativity, see those rules as sign post but be willing to challenge them.  To support his point about humans being creative vessels, James made mention of Elizabeth Gilbert’s book, Big Magic. Have a read if you can.

This episode is for you if you are struggling with too many creative ideas. James zoned in on how we can make a decision on which ones to keep and what to thrash. For example, making a decision to decipher which creative idea is valid is to examine it based on your top 5 values.
